We want to be absolutely clear: What's Next In Life does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All your data remains on your device.

3. Local Data Storage

All information you enter into the app, including:

  • Tasks and calendar events
  • Meal and exercise logs

  • Personal diary entries

Is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

4. AI Chat Feature

When you use the AI chat feature:

  • Your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing
  • These conversations are necessary to provide AI assistance
  • We do not store these conversations on any server
  • Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of this data
5. Apple Health Integration

If you choose to connect Apple Health:

  • We request read-only access to health data
  • This data is used only within the app for insights and tracking
  • Health data never leaves your device
  • You can revoke access at any time in Settings
6. Camera and Photos

If you grant camera or photo library access:

  • Photos are used only for meal analysis
  • Images are processed locally or sent to our AI service for analysis
  • We do not store or share your photos
7. Data Security

Your data is protected by:

  • iOS built-in security features
  • Device-level encryption
  • Your device passcode/biometric authentication
8. Data Backup

You can export your data at any time through the app's backup feature. This creates a local file that you control completely.

9. Third-Party Services

We use only one third-party service:

  • Anthropic Claude API: For AI chat functionality only

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
